The Role We are looking for a Buyer or Senior Buyer to join our Mechanical purchasing team at Stark HQ in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona. You will source high-performance mechanical parts, vehicle components and technical assemblies, hitting demanding cost, quality and delivery targets. You will report to the Mechanical Purchasing Manager and work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.
Open to All Levels We are hiring at Buyer and Senior Buyer level. As a guide, Buyers bring 3+ years of sourcing experience, and Senior Buyers 7+ years with ownership of a commodity,



supplier portfolio or major negotiations. Manage supplier relationships, performance and dispute resolution
What You Will Bring 3+ years of sourcing in automotive or high-performance machinery (7+ for Senior Buyer)
Knowledge of the integral mechanical supplier landscape (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
Analytical, organised and data-driven, with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Fluent English is a must; Spanish is a plus
