This implicates to lead the day-to-day activities of the station and rental locations: preparation of the greenhouse compartments, sowing, transplanting, nutrition, irrigation, crop protection, disease control, climate control, crop management, general maintenance of the farm and rotation of the crops. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for a big number of temporary workers as well as considerable number of fixed employees working in the farm. Thus, proven leadership of temporary and fixed employees as well as strong organizational skills are necessary. Master’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, HorticultureKnowledge of seed business and plant genetics is desired
