- In this role, you will help our customers get value from EQS solutions quickly and confidently. You will manage implementations with a strong customer focus, coordinate stakeholders across the project lifecycle, and contribute ideas that make our onboarding processes even more scalable and effective
- Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handover
- Guide customers through project milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth and transparent onboarding experience
- Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively
- Manage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented way
- Support go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention





You are confident using MS Office and working in a structured way with documentation, timelines, and customer communicationYou enjoy managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders, and you know how to keep tasks structured and moving forwardYou have C1-level proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
