Work Model:

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

This role is a temporary replacement for 6 months.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage employee lifecycle processes from hiring and onboarding through employee movements and separation.
- Collect, validate, and submit payroll, attendance, leave, and time-correction inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and other HR systems.
- Support benefits, statutory documentation, leave administration, and employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, offers, pre-employment activities and joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding, induction, offboarding, exit interviews, and separation documentation.
- Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, vacancies, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, and employee movements.
- Address employee concerns and support people leaders with policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and corrective actions.
- Ensure confidentiality, compliance, data accuracy, and timely completion of all HR processes.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field 4 to 7 of relevant HR operations or HR generalist experience
- Practical experience in payroll, time and attendance, Workday, employee data, and lifecycle administration
- Good knowledge of local employment legislation and statutory requirements
- Strong attention to detail, process discipline, confidentiality, and stakeholder management
- Manufacturing or multi-site experience preferred
