Responsibilities

- Lead some of the improvement projects of Tablada, acting as Project Manager (PM). Define scope, schedule & budget. Coordinate team Risk Management Stakeholders & customer management Asure deliverables OQOTOC
- Act as PMO (Project Management Office), driving transformation & strategic projects inside Tablada Plant. Define Governance. Define methodology & process. Prioritization of projects aligned with Strategy Standardisation of reporting & portfolio Review Capacity & resources management Support to Project Managers
- Lean / Operational Excellence. Implement improvement actions based in the Operational Excellence System to erradicate the Non Value Added in the process to improve.
