The Pro team is responsible for Kraken Pro’s web and mobile trading experiences across spot and futures markets.
Constantly assess the funnel: identify what’s working, what’s not, and drive continuous UX improvement
Live in the onboarding data - pinpoint the biggest friction points, where clients drop off, and the highest-leverage opportunities
Partner closely with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to turn insight into shipped improvements
4+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX work




~ Sharp product sense for user experience - able to spot friction, simplify complex flows, and design for trust and excitement
~ Strong data fluency: comfortable defining success metrics, analyzing funnels, and turning data into prioritized action
~ Fluent working with AI tools day to day — using them to analyze data, personalize experiences, and speed up how you work as a PM
