Experteer Overview Join AST SpaceMobile as a Senior Analyst Engineer in the satellite mechanical subsystem and payload team. You will lead thermal analysis and reliability work, shaping thermal control strategies and validating hardware for space. You’ll collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and test teams, shaping design criteria and supporting AIT activities. • Lead thermal analysis for satellite subsystems and payload with models for orbital and test environments
• Perform reliability analysis of electronic components per ECSS standards and derive temperatures and margins
• Support thermal design trade-offs, defining requirements, interfaces, materials, and thermal control solutions
• Contribute to TVAC testing planning, predictions,



and correlation of models with test results
• Conduct structural and thermo-elastic analyses to support mechanical design decisions
• Prepare analysis reports and assist with AIT-related documentation and compliance Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of hands-on thermal analysis of spacecraft subsystems and payload or equivalent
• Experience with ECSS-Q-ST-30-11 and related dependability standards
• Background in mechanical analysis (FEM) using tools like Ansys Workbench, Patran, Hypermesh, Nastran, Abaqus
• Knowledge of thermal control hardware and thermal testing
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment
