Your role

As Setup Runner, you will provide hands‑on operational support to the Wellbeing team, ensuring that all spaces, materials, and equipment are fully prepared before, during, and after wellbeing activities.

Your main responsibility will be to support the setup, preparation, maintenance, and breakdown of wellbeing activities and spaces, making sure facilitators have everything they need and that each environment is clean, organized, functional, and ready for guests.

What you will do:

- Prepare and set up wellbeing spaces before each activity or session
- Prepare mats, cushions, towels, blankets, props, equipment, and other materials required for each activity
- Support the setup of private wellbeing sessions in guest rooms or designated spaces
- Ensure all materials and equipment are in place, clean, and ready before the activity starts
- Assist facilitators with any operational or setup needs before and during activities
- Be present during activities to provide operational support when required
- Collect, clean, organize, and store materials and equipment after each activity
- Reset wellbeing spaces so they are ready for the next session
- Transport and safely handle wellbeing materials and equipment between different areas of the hotel
- Keep wellbeing storage areas clean, organized, and properly arranged




- Check that equipment and materials are in good condition and report any damage, missing items, or replacement needs
- Support the Wellbeing team with basic inventory checks and replenishment of materials
- Conduct regular checks of wellbeing spaces to ensure they remain clean, tidy, and operational
- Report any maintenance, cleaning, or facility issues to the relevant team
- Follow setup and breakdown guidelines for different types of wellbeing activities
- Ensure the correct use and care of wellbeing equipment and materials
- Support last‑minute operational needs or changes related to activities
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments when operational support is required
- Help maintain calm, welcoming, harmonious, and well‑prepared wellbeing environments
- Follow all operational, health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Who we’re looking for:

- Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented professional
- Hands‑on and service‑oriented, with a practical approach to daily tasks
- Fast and responsive, with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs
- Sensitive to aesthetics, cleanliness, order, and presentation
- Discreet and comfortable working in guest‑facing environments
- Able to safely handle, move, and organize equipment and materials




- Comfortable working closely with facilitators and different internal teams
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine interest in wellbeing and holistic experiences
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where activities and needs can change throughout the day

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, spa operations, wellness support, event setup, or similar roles
- High School Diploma required; studies in Hospitality, Wellness, Tourism, or related fields are a plus
- Basic understanding of wellness environments
- Knowledge of setup and teardown procedures
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Familiarity with ritual and wellness materials is desirable
- Spanish required; basic English preferred
- Availability to work a rotating schedule according to operational needs
- Valid EU / Spain work permit
