- Own the market growth strategy and KPIs across the full funnel
- Define analytics rhythms and cohort measurement frameworks to guide test-and-learn roadmaps
- Partner with central Media to shape acquisition strategy and optimize CAC
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-sell
- Design and evolve referral and incentive strategies aligned to global frameworks
- Represent in-market growth requirements to Marketing Technology Platform teams




- Collaborate with Product to embed growth loops and improve in-app conversion
- Work with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to maintain regulatory standards while moving fast
- Lead and develop an in-market growth team or matrixed resources

- Strong measurement discipline across CAC, funnel conversion, activation, retention, and product adoption
- Experience partnering with centralized media buying and execution teams
- Deep data fluency with cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, experimentation design, and incrementality concepts
- Martech proficiency and ability to influence platform roadmaps
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
