• 5+ years in software engineering with strong Java focus (Java 8+, Spring Boot, SOAP/REST)
• Deep SQL, Hibernate experience and database design; relational and event-driven persistence
• Knowledge of OO design and event-based messaging (e.g., Kafka); experience with integration patterns and web tech (HTML, CSS, JS); Angular as a preferred framework
• CI practices and scalable deployments with containerized apps (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Quality-focused, problem-solving, collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with FIX protocol or direct experience in financial markets is a plus
