Experteer Overview As Reporting and Controlling Manager, you will lead a small team and oversee global financial close and reporting to Delivery Hero. You will strengthen controls around the close and ensure timely, high-quality IFRS reporting and consolidation. You will design and implement risk-based controls, partner with local and corporate teams, and drive process improvements and impactful IFRS-driven disclosures. This role combines leadership, technical accounting, and cross-functional collaboration to support a scalable financial engine for Glovo. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own global month-end close and monthly reporting to Delivery Hero (TB, KPIs, FTEs) with strong prioritisation on materiality and disclosures
• Review IFRS financial statements of subsidiaries and group consolidation, correcting inconsistencies before stakeholder review
• Design and implement controls over the financial close using a risk-and-control matrix, with phased rollout
• Partner with corporate and local accounting teams on close, controls, and coaching; conduct root-cause analysis and process redesign
• Define RACI models and embed redesigned processes to ensure effective operation of controls
• Lead projects on presentation, IFRS treatment,
and refinement of the OneStream reporting tool; support ERP and reporting package implementations
• Coach and develop the team; serve as main contact for Delivery Hero, Finance Performance, and local finance on reporting Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field; 8+ years in accounting, reporting and consolidation or financial controlling, ideally multinational
• Fluent English
• Big 4 background plus experience in Accounting, Reporting u0026 Controlling and/or Internal Audit (nice to have)
• Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge; understanding of risk and control matrices, process design and implementation
• Experience implementing processes, designing RACIs and managing projects (a plus)
• Proven hands-on experience leading corporate teams beyond auditing
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to coach and prioritise
• Hands-on experience with OneStream; SAP S/4HANA a plus; proficient in Excel and Google Workspace Requisitos principales
