Experteer Overview As Principal Engineer for Installation and Logistics, you lead technical underwriting and acceptance of wind turbine installation, tooling, lifting, and site logistics. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements, while mentoring engineering talent and driving standardization across design processes. • Provide technical leadership across all project lifecycle stages for Installation and Logistics within OneWind engineering
• Accountable for technical underwriting of installation and site execution designs
• Influence design rigor through DFMEA, root cause analysis, and design methods/tools
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and practices for safe, high-quality outcomes




• Assist and sometimes execute optimization of designs to meet industry standards and customer requirements
• Offer technical support to internal/external stakeholders and regulators
• Engage with industry regulations/standards bodies to influence outcomes
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Integrate installation/logistics requirements into turbine designs early (Design for Installation)

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
• 15 years engineering experience
• 5 years reviewing and developing Installation and Logistics processes, tooling and fixtures
