Experteer Overview In this role you lead and scale ResearchOps to support high-quality user research at scale. You will design governance, processes, and repositories to increase efficiency and insight accessibility while ensuring privacy and ethics. You’ll manage the research tools ecosystem and drive enablement programs across cross-functional teams. A core focus is combining responsible AI-enabled operations with rigorous governance to maximize research impact. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and evolve the ResearchOps operating model (workflows, intake, standards, ways of working)
• Scale participant management (recruitment, screening, scheduling, incentives, panels)
• Own governance, ethics, privacy, and data handling frameworks for research
• Develop and manage knowledge repositories for insights across the enterprise
• Lead the tools/platform ecosystem (tool selection, onboarding, licensing, vendor management)
• Drive competency and enablement programs (onboarding, templates, coaching, community-building)
• Measure and improve ResearchOps effectiveness (metrics, impact, adoption, continuous improvement)




• Champion AI-enabled research operations with responsible automation and governance Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Research Operations, UX/Design/Product/Data Operations or related leadership roles
• End-to-end research lifecycle understanding (planning, recruitment, data collection, analysis, reporting, knowledge management)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale research tools, repositories, recruitment platforms, vendor management, procurement, licensing
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience defining governance standards for consent, privacy, ethics, data handling, insight management
• Working knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, security, confidentiality, and governance of AI-assisted research processes
