We are looking for anInternational Area Sales Managerwith experience in international B2B markets and a strong background in managing distributors and partners.
The idóneo candidate will have knowledge ofelectrical and/or electronic solutions for industrial applications, the ability to develop sales strategies by country or region, and expertise in sectors and sales channels related toenergy efficiency, power quality, electric mobility, or renewable energy.
Define and execute the sales plan for assigned countries.
Manage, develop, and energize the distributor and partner network.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
Coordinate sales activities with the Marketing, Product, and Technical Support teams.
Prepare sales forecasts and monitor business targets.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
Between 5 and 10 years of experience in international B2B sales.
Previous experience with manufacturers in the electrical equipment, energy, industrial automation, or electric mobility sectors is highly valued.




Additional languages are a plus, especially French.
