We are looking for two Renewals Support positions for an important software company located in Barcelona. One of the positions requires knowledge of English and French, and the other requires knowledge of English and Italian.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers / local requirements.
- Create support case, follow up with internal teams.
- Basic interaction with customers and resellers to follow up on renewals / inbound leads received.
