Your role As Sales Executive , you will play a key role in driving commercial growth by developing and converting business opportunities in the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), particularly those involving accommodation.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and Commercial Management, you will manage client relationships, develop new accounts, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial conditions, and coordinate confirmed groups to ensure a seamless experience from the initial enquiry to post-stay follow-up.
You will also support the commercial and operational management of corporate and social events when required, ensuring continuity of service and close collaboration with the hotel's operational teams. This role requires a proactive, commercially minded professional with strong organizational skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to balance business development, revenue optimization, and operational excellence.
Proactive and Reactive Sales Management – MICE Groups with Accommodation




Work closely with the Sales Manager and Commercial Management to attract, manage, and convert MICE business opportunities with associated accommodation across different geographical markets
Develop proactive sales initiatives targeting corporate clients, MICE agencies, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), meeting planners, and other relevant intermediaries
Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and formalize contracts, incorporating rooms, event spaces, F&B;, and related services where applicable
Prioritize opportunities according to hotel needs, availability, and revenue strategy, contributing to the achievement of commercial targets
Identify, develop, and nurture accounts with the potential to generate MICE group business with accommodation
Maintain regular commercial activity through calls, client visits, presentations, and
