~ Proven track record translating complex business processes into clear, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
~ Domain knowledge in Risk and/or Compliance:



specifically around control objectives, gap analysis, and risk frameworks (GRC).
~ Excellent stakeholder skills: comfortable engaging senior, international stakeholders and navigating ambiguity to reach clear requirements.
~ Process mapping proficiency: ability to visualise and document end-to-end workflows in a way that is immediately actionable for developers.
~ Fluent English written and spoken. All stakeholder interactions and documentation are in English.
