Build and manage your own sales pipeline in Switzerland
Prospect via calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
Run consultative sales conversations
Own the full cycle: from first contact to closing
Develop and grow long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results
What we're looking for
~2–5 years of B2B sales experience (strong juniors also considered)
~ Proven track record of hitting targets
~ Experience in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
~ Strong hunter mindset, proactive and resilient
~ Languages: French (C2) English (C1) German (B2)
