* 5 years' experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant.
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.
* Experience working in SAP ECC environments (S/4HANA experience not required).
* Combination of functional and technical expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
* Experience with payroll interfaces, reporting, and integration points.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
