Identify performance risks early and suggest corrective actions based on data.
Contribute to competitive intelligence and market‐share work, partnering weekly with HQ analysts to review market health — benchmarking competitors, surfacing useful insights and second‐order effects, and helping maintain the dashboards and reports on key marketplace metrics (rides volume, supply availability, conversion rate, GMV, unit economics) that turn data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

About You You have 3–4+ years of experience in an analytical, commercial, or project‐leadership role — consulting, operations, strategy, analytics, a startup, or your own venture. You have strong financial acumen — you're comfortable working with financial data and confident with concepts such as unit economics, P&L;, margins, and business cases. You use this to drive pricing, investment, and planning decisions, not just to report on them.
You have advanced analytical and modelling skills — you build complex models and dashboards, identify non‐obvious performance drivers and second‐order effects, and translate data into clear, quantified recommendations. You're skilled with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
You are an excellent communicator in both Spanish and English (written and spoken), able to present confidently to senior internal and external audiences.
You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
Balance flexibility and in‐person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in‐office days.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where all qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to race, colour, nationality, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
