The Business Consultant supports the Spain and Portugal Sales teams by translating client needs into compelling solution strategies across ADP's HR, payroll, and services portfolio. This is a senior, client-facing role that requires strong business consulting judgment, credibility in HR and payroll transformation topics, and the ability to communicate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders. Contribute to HR transformation discussions with prospects and support business case development Deliver expertise on payroll and HR services, including service definition, implementation services, service level agreements, governance, and relevant technical topics such as architecture, interfaces, and security Bring solid exposure to HCM, Payroll, Time, and integration topics Support contract discussions where business consulting input is needed Support negotiation of contractual business appendixes, including implementation, service definition, and service level agreement topics Work closely with Implementation, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Services, and other business units during the sales cycle 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Consulting, HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or a comparable presales / solution consulting environment ~ Strong understanding of Human Resources Information Systems, payroll processes, service delivery models, and business consulting practices ~ Native Spanish language skills ~ Strong English language skills ~ Commutable distance to our Barcelona office,
