Operations Representative – German + English Speaking
Process incoming insurance claims (travel, temporary working incapacity), be the first point of contact for clients and policyholders, and manage reporting data to internal and external parties.
Manage working‐incapacity overviews for insured organisations, cultivating professional relationships with clients and third parties.
Enter claim data accurately and report it to the necessary parties, such as finance, client managers, or clients.
Answer general questions about policy conditions via email and phone in multiple languages.
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance,



insurance, communication or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
