We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Professional Services Resource Planning Specialist to help us match the right skills and capacity to customer demand. You will sit at the heart of our Professional Services operation, working closely with delivery leaders, project managers, sales and finance. Through effective resource planning, reporting and stakeholder coordination, you will help us improve utilisation, support revenue delivery and provide greater visibility of capacity and future demand. This is an adecuado opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, working with data and collaborating across multiple teams and regions. Coordinate the allocation of Professional Services consultants across customer projects and internal initiatives.



Work with delivery leaders and project managers to anticipate resource requirements and resolve scheduling conflicts. Partner with sales and delivery teams to understand upcoming demand across the pipeline and backlog. Maintain reliable resource planning data across relevant systems and reporting tools. Support workforce planning by identifying skills gaps, recruitment requirements and potential subcontractor needs. Recommend improvements to resource planning processes, reporting and operational ways of working. Experience in resource planning, workforce planning, Professional Services operations, PMO, project coordination or a similar environment. Confidence working with data and translating it into clear, practical insight. Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, resource management platforms, PSA tools or project management systems would be beneficial. Commercial awareness, with an understanding of utilisation, capacity, revenue, pipeline or project-based delivery. Delivery teams have a reliable view of capacity and availability. Consultants are assigned to work that aligns with their skills and experience. Resource conflicts and delivery risks are identified early. Sales, delivery and finance work from consistent and accurate information. You will work with talented colleagues across Professional Services, project management, sales and finance, while gaining broad exposure to how a modern cybersecurity services business operates.
