Mission & Responsibilities Support in building and monitoring P&L;:
• Assist in reviewing and monitoring Regional budgets
• Support preparation of Financial Forecasts and Monthly closings
• Analyze and report issues and variances from forecast and budget
• Flag potential risks to senior team members
• Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to identify trends and anomalies in financial data
• Assist in building automated dashboards for real-time financial monitoring Review Of Financial Operations
• Support review of accounting operations
• Assist in controlling Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Help ensure quality of financial transactions and financial reporting
• Prepare financial reports (audit and financial analysis reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets)
• Support review of local audit results and coordination of financial statement approval process




• Ensure compliance of accounting and reporting policies
• Utilize AI tools to streamline data reconciliation and error detection
• Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency Qualifications & Languages
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Languages: English (Advanced) Technical Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced)
• Financial analysis tools
• AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) Previous Experience & Industry Background
• 3+ years of experience in finance
