sennder is Europe's Leading Digital Freight Forwarder. We are a growing team looking for an Account Representative in the Accounts Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Barcelona office.
As Account Representative you'll work on interesting responsibilities like managing and growing existing accounts by bringing forth new services, expanding existing services offered, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value, maximizing profitability through the account's supply chain. Consistently executing daily business (receiving orders, data entry, informing customer about shipment status etc.).
Following up the status of your customers' transport operations.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
~2 years of experience in an account management or commercial role preferably within the logistics field.
~ Excellent English and Spanish verbal & written communication skills.




~ Additional European languages are an asset, especially French.
~ Ability to build strong customer relationships.
