ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and onboard agencies and agents in the Ukrainian marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to support growthGuide agencies in recruiting, managing, and supporting streamersMonitor agency performance, analyse key metrics, and develop action plans to improve resultsSupport agencies with campaign ideas, platform updates, and engagement strategiesResearch the Ukrainian market to identify potential partners, industry trends, and growth opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to address agency needs and improve their experience on the platformRequirementsExcellent written and spoken Ukrainian, with a good command of EnglishAt least 2 years of experience in agency management, including partner acquisition, relationship management,



and performance trackingExperience in live streaming platforms or managing streamer agencies is a plusStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendationsGood understanding of the Ukrainian market, culture, and audience preferencesAbility to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environmentLocation & Work SetupThis is a full-time contract position.
