THE ROLEWe are looking for aSales Managerwith a strong commercial mindset, enthusiasm for the property sector and, above all, the ability to build relationships and generate new business.




Managing the sales process from first contact through to completion.
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
Contributing ideas to the commercial development of Next On Properties.
Commercial, proactive and results-orientedActively contribute to the company’s social media presence and website content, supporting the creation of property-related and commercial material that strengthens the Next On Properties brand.
Entrepreneurial and excited about joining a business at an early stage.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are highly valued.1.400€ + fixed sales commisionThe commission structure will reward increasing levels of sales performance, with additional bonuses linked to agreed individual and company objectives.
