Company DescriptionIt can sit on top of an existing ATS, feeding screening, engagement, and scheduling data directly into current systems. This is a hunter role focused purely on new business. You own deals from first contact to signed contract: you build your own pipeline, run the full cycle and close. You work alongside our sales, marketing and customer success teams to bring in new customers.
Run the full cycle: discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, closeHR and talent leaders, general managers, owners and finance5+ years in B2B sales, at least 3 of them closing SaaS, with quota attainment you can show in numbers~ Fluent English and other European languages a plus~ Bonus: HR tech experience (ATS, HRIS, workforce management), a hospitality network, another European languageOur office in central Barcelona
