- Engineering or Architecture degree with Master Habilitante
- Minimum 5 years experience in building u0026 construction/infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred) as field engineer or technical project manager
- Strong building background with project/planning management, quality assurance, procedure follow-up, and administration/license management
- Advanced English (negotiation level)
- Excellent communication and leadership, team management, customer focus, and continuous improvement
