Experteer Overview In this role, you drive quality for Worldsensing's IoT platform, spanning hardware, software and cloud. You’ll own testing across a Scrum team to ensure a robust, scalable product and great user experience. You’ll define test strategies, build plans, and automate where possible to report quality to stakeholders. The work blends hands-on QA with cross-functional collaboration to support growth and reliability.

- Test current products, identify deficiencies, and mitigate risks
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction
- Become a subject matter expert on assigned project
- Collaborate with Product Development to ensure consistent project execution
- Develop automated tests, scripts, and tools to enable CI/CD
- Identify QA bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Define and manage test cases/test runs and validate them




- Meet with team to align goals and provide feedbackResponsabilidades
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Experience with Exploratory Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development strategies
- Must have experience with software QA tools and processes
- Understanding of Scrum/Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of or experience with BDD is a plus
- Passionate about IoT and technical challenges
- Good level of spoken and written English
