Experteer Overview In this role you drive the MarTech strategy and platform capabilities that connect Marketing, Sales and Digital with scalable CRM, CDP, consent and web solutions. You own the target architecture and roadmap, ensuring governance, privacy-by-design and compliant integration across multiple platforms. You collaborate with IT, Legal u0026amp; Compliance and externalpartners to deliver a future-ready MarTech foundation. Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own the MarTech target architecture and integration design across CRM, CDP, consent, automation, web, analytics and Databricks
- Define and maintain the MarTech roadmap, including platform selection, rationalisation and onboarding
- Steer vendors, agencies and system integrators, and manage service interfaces and SLAs with IT
- Govern platform demand, standards and adjacent initiatives to ensure integration, compliance and avoid duplication




- Translate Marketing, Sales and Digital needs into scalable capabilities, including privacy-by-design consent and tracking solutionsResponsabilidades
- Proven experience as a MarTech architect, platform product owner or solution lead in a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of CRM, CDP, marketing automation, CMS/DAM, web analytics and integration patterns
- Experience in platform selection, vendor and system-integrator management, onboarding and service delivery
- Ability to combine business, technology, data, governance, consent and privacy-by-design requirements
- Product-owner mindset with strong prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and experience translating AI use cases into platform requirementsRequisitos principales
