Product School | Remote (Europe or Latin America)About Product SchoolProduct School is a general leader in Product Management and AI education. We help professionals advance their careers through hands‑on certification programs, partner with leading companies to upskill their teams, and bring the product community together through ProductCon, one of the world's largest product management conferences.
We're continuing to scale our business and rethink how modern sales organizations operate, combining strong sales leadership, data‑driven execution, and AI‑powered automation.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on VP of Sales to lead our sales organization and build a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
You’ll oversee a nine‑person team across three business lines: consumer course enrollments, enterprise training, and conference sponsorships. Working closely with our President, you’ll own revenue performance, forecasting, pipeline generation, sales processes, and team development.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves building systems, not just managing teams. We’re looking for a leader who knows how to turn revenue targets into measurable activities, establish accountability, improve conversion rates, and create a repeatable process for growth.
You’ll also partner with our in‑house AI engineering team to introduce automation into prospecting, lead enrichment, outbound campaigns, and pipeline generation.
This is not a traditional player‑coach role. You won’t carry an individual quota. Your focus will be on building and running the systems that help your team consistently perform at its best.
What You’ll DoLead and develop the sales organization: Manage performance across consumer, enterprise, and sponsorship sales, with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and measurable results.
Build a predictable revenue engine: Translate revenue goals into pipeline targets, demos, proposals, conversion rates, and weekly activity metrics.
Own enterprise pipeline generation: Develop scalable outbound strategies, define ideal customer profiles, establish target‑account lists, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
Create operational discipline: Establish dashboards, forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and performance management routines that provide clear visibility into revenue.
Modernize sales with AI: Partner with engineering to design AI‑powered workflows for prospecting, account research, enrichment, personalized outreach, and meeting generation.
Improve sales performance: Identify conversion bottlenecks, coach individual team members using data, and implement targeted improvements.
Scale the organization: Evaluate team structure, hiring needs, sales tools, and processes as the business grows.
What We’re Looking ForProven experience leading and scaling B2B sales organizations, ideally in SaaS, technology, professional services, or a similar environment.
Hands‑on experience building outbound pipeline‑generation systems, including lead generation, prospecting, demo generation, and performance measurement.
Experience managing both high‑velocity SMB or mid‑market sales and larger, more complex enterprise sales cycles.
Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, forecasting,
and CRM reporting.
Experience managing specialized sales teams, including SDR/BDR and Account Executive functions.
Direct experience selling into the US market and managing US‑based sales teams.
Demonstrated success coaching salespeople, developing talent, and improving performance through measurable initiatives.
Familiarity with modern sales and GTM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.
Experience using AI in sales workflows, with at least one example of an AI‑powered GTM process you’ve helped implement.
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a US‑based team.
You don't need to be an engineer or an AI expert. We’re looking for someone who understands sales operations deeply, embraces new technology, and can work with technical teams to turn ideas into scalable processes.
