At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care, augmenting clinical teams with AI. Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents, including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent, with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure. Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) approved AI platform for Voice AI driven patient management. Today, we support 50+ care pathways across 70+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows, over 90% patient engagement, and improved clinical outcomes. We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale across Europe and the US. CONTEXT We are a mission-driven company positioning ourselves at the top of clinical conversational AI by building the first Clinical AI Agent certified as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), while growing rapidly across Europe and the US. As we scale, we are looking for a Director of Product to own and elevate our product organization. This is a senior leadership role, part of the management team, that combines people management, product operating discipline, deep customer understanding, and go-to-market alignment. If you are excited about building products on top of LLMs in a regulated clinical environment, running a tight product process, and making sure everything we ship translates into real value for clinicians and patients, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role has five core areas of ownership: 1. People Manager You will lead and grow the product team at Tucuvi, a team that spans several areas: voice AI product management,

clinical and medical product expertise, product design, and data. Maintain a consistent 1:1 cadence with all your direct reports. Lead performance reviews and foster a continuous feedback culture. Ensure the team's output meets Tucuvi's high standards of quality and pace. Develop career paths, address underperformance early, and celebrate high achievers. Build a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. 2. Product Strategy & Roadmap You will own the product strategy and translate it into a roadmap the whole company can trust. Define and maintain a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals in Europe and the US. Translate strategy into roadmap direction across cycles: what we bet on, what we defer, and why. Balance client commitments, market opportunities, and platform investments with explicit criteria. Keep the strategy grounded in regulatory constraints, clinical safety, and what the market is telling us. 3. Product Operating System Tucuvi runs on Shape Up: six-week cycles, a betting table, and appetite instead of estimates. You will own the product side of this system and make it better every cycle. Orchestrate shaping: turn raw input from customers, clinicians, and the market into well-shaped pitches with a clear problem, appetite, and boundaries. Prepare and defend product bets at the betting table, alongside the founders and the Director of Engineering.

Keep the cycle rhythm healthy: scope hammering during cycles, cool-down discipline, and honest retrospectives. Coach the product team and adjacent teams in the methodology, so shaping quality improves cycle over cycle. 4. Customer Value & Discovery You will build a close relationship with our Customer Success team to understand what our users need, and use that understanding to keep delivering value through the product. Establish structured feedback loops with Customer Success: what blocks adoption, what creates value, and what is noise. Maintain direct exposure to users: clinicians, care managers, and health system leaders, in Europe and the US. Measure the value of what we ship through adoption, usage, and clinical outcomes. Keep pushing delivered value after release, until new capabilities are adopted and clearly valued by our users. 5. Voice of Product & Go-To-Market You will make sure that both the company and the market understand what our product does and why it matters. Own internal product communication: teams always know what is shipping, why, and what it means for their work Align with Sales so they carry the best possible messaging: honest, precise, and compelling, for what the product does today Align with Customer Success on rollout plans, adoption, and client communication of new capabilities Work with Marketing and people in the market to understand positioning and communicate the features we build Represent product at the management table and, when needed, in front of customers and partners WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST MONTHS During your first month: You'll immerse yourself in our product processes, the platform, and LOLA itself. You'll meet every member of the product team, si
