Experteer Overview As an Accounts Receivable specialist, you own the full AR lifecycle for designated portfolios, driving cash flow and reducing DSO. You will partner across teams in a fast-paced General Finance Operations environment to resolve payment blocks and optimize processes. You leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and continuously improve collections efficiency. • Own the end-to-end AR lifecycle including month-end closure, impairment calculations, debt collection, cash allocation, and reporting
• Improve cash collection and DSO by proactively managing customer relationships and clearing payment blocks
• Build influential partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Master internal and customer end-to-end processes to resolve complex disputes and address root causes
• Leverage AI tools to automate routing and repetitive tasks for efficiency




• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment and take on additional duties or projects as assigned Responsabilidades
• 4+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proven track record of decreasing debt, DSO and unallocated cash
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Portuguese, Italian or French is a big plus
• Office Suite expertise (Excel / GSuite)
• Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and task execution efficiency
• Adaptability, proactiveness and ownership
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows is a plus
• Experience in SAP, Dynamics 365 and/or Celonis is a plus
