Experteer Overview As Regional Technical Process Owner, you will lead Manhattan Active deployments across Europe, aligning IT configurations with business processes and ensuring seamless integration with the digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions and drive adoption through training and knowledge sharing. This role combines tech delivery with process optimization, strategic alignment, and hands-on deployment activities. You will work in a cross-functional environment to scale Manhattan Active across European sites and support ongoing improvements. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead Manhattan Active deployments across European sites
• Support rollout and configuration of Manhattan Active WMS and TMS, including testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Ensure technical consistency, scalability, and alignment with global standards and business processes
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, users, and implementation teams; facilitate workshops and gather requirements




• Manage integrations between Manhattan Active, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and related apps; support testing and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Support training and change management; maintain documentation and best practices; upskill users
• Travel up to 50% within Europe for on-site workshops or deployments Responsabilidades
• Degree in a relevant field of study: Supply Chain, Computer Science, etc.
• Several years of experience in warehouse operations, transportation, supply chain, or logistics processes
• Proven experience with Manhattan Active implementation projects
