Scope of Work# Analyze and interpret criminal law documents, including statutes, case law, and court filings, to extract relevant insights.# Review and edit complex legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established standards.# Summarize legal arguments, decisions, and procedural issues for use in training legal AI models.# Distill and articulate intricate legal concepts and reasoning into concise,



accessible language.# Provide actionable feedback on legal content to ensure accuracy and real-world applicability.# Stay current with developments in criminal law and integrate new knowledge into project tasks.# Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams using digital platforms to deliver project milestones.
Preferred Qualifications# JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.# Substantial experience practicing criminal law, particularly within BigLaw or major law firm environments.# Demonstrated expertise in legal research, analysis, and writing in the context of criminal matters.# Proven ability to review and synthesize large volumes of legal information with exceptional attention to detail.# Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining nuanced legal issues.# Commitment to the highest ethical standards and sound legal judgment.# Interest or experience in legal technology and willingness to adapt to new digital platforms for remote collaboration.
