Experteer Overview In this Systems Engineer role, you will steward the end-to-end design, integration, and validation of complex systems that balance business needs with user requirements. You’ll work within cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, verifiable designs and manage trade-offs to optimize performance. You drive system-level testing, configuration control, and the delivery of high-quality products from concept through production and operation. This position offers impact through shaping architectures and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Conduct component and product integration to maximize performance and operability
- Manage product and system requirements, specifications, and flow-down
- Lead validation and verification activities including system-level testing
- Define product requirements for modules/components and collaborate with subcontractors and partners




- Manage interfaces between components and execution teams

- Oversee overall product configuration and change control
- Develop specialized knowledge and contribute to best practices and policy formation

- Significant engineering/technology and systems engineering experience (outside USA) or Master’s-equivalent level (USA)
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution (or high school diploma with relevant experience, with USA-specific note)
- Ability to apply judgment to moderately complex problems in engineering, manufacturing, or technology
- Experience in data analysis to support recommendations
