Experteer Overview In this Market Lead role, you coordinate content strategy and delivery to ensure compliant, timely content across markets. You connect local Marketing, Brand and Medical teams with content partners to align priorities and governance, delivering high-quality materials to the right audiences. You drive structured workflows, provide visibility on requests, and support adoption of content services to advance Bayer’s patient
- and customer-focused mission. This is a cross-functional, impactful position at the heart of global content operations.

- Coordinate routine communication between market stakeholders and content service teams to align priorities and next steps
- Collaborate with local markets and general product teams to define content needs, channel mix, and consolidated requirements
- Support content request intake and maintain visibility of milestones and handovers using established tools and processes
- Facilitate onboarding and guide stakeholders to approved process materials and support channels
- Coordinate delivery touchpoints, monitor progress, and flag risks or delays




- Maintain accurate request/status information in systems and provide first-line support for platform queries
- Capture stakeholder feedback, identify recurring issues, and support improvements with accountable teams
- Assist in orderly handover of deliverables and ensure compliant, efficient use of content services across marketsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in marketing operations, content coordination, or project support
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across local, regional and global teams within governance
- Organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities and escalate issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating meetings and providing status updates
