Experteer Overview In this role you will govern integral supplier lifecycle and category governance, shaping policies and roadmaps that drive procurement excellence. You will lead onboarding, onboarding, segmentation, and exit frameworks while steering supplier panel strategy to boost resilience and sustainability. You will enable data-driven decisions through analytics and digital tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement. This position offers international exposure and a chance to contribute to the company’s net-zero journey in a dynamic, collaborative environment. - Own and govern global Supplier Lifecycle Management and Strategic Category Panel Management processes
- Define and deploy policies, governance models, standards, methodologies, and KPIs
- Develop and execute global roadmaps aligned with Procurement strategy and business objectives
- Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, performance, development, and exit frameworks
- Drive supplier panel strategy, optimization, competitiveness, resilience, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
- Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, digital tools,



and governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional transformation, change management, and capability development initiatives
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure process compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceResponsabilidades
- Proven track record in strategic procurement and supplier management within complex multinational organizations, including supplier lifecycle management and category governance
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation or procurement excellence initiatives
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership in global environments
- Excellent skills in data analytics, reporting, and procurement systems
- Strong governance and change management capabilities with a collaborative approach
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry
