About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Pastry Chef to join our Central Kitchen team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent culinary graduate who wants to develop professional skills in modern pastry, bakery, viennoiserie, and visually appealing dessert creation.
The adecuado candidate must be eager to learn, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing desserts that are both delicious and visually attractive.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

* Assist in preparing modern pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products.

* Learn and execute recipes according to established standards.

* Assist with croissants, Danish pastries, puff pastry, and other viennoiserie products.

* Support the development and presentation of new dessert items.

* Follow recipes, measurements, portion sizes, and production instructions accurately.

* Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and quality.

* Follow food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards.

* Keep the workstation clean and organized before, during, and after production.

* Work collaboratively with the pastry team and follow the Head Pastry Chef’s instructions.
Requirements

* Recent graduate in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Baking, or a related field.

* No previous professional experience required.

* Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.

* Genuine interest in modern pastry, bakery, and creative dessert presentation.

* Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills.

* Good attention to detail, organization, and time management.

* Ability to follow recipes and maintain hygiene standards.

* A portfolio of practical work from culinary school, internships, or personal projects is preferred.
