Office Coordinator

(internally called Operations Coordinator, Spain), you’ll play a key part in this mission. Reporting to the General Manager, Spain, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Spanish affiliate, combining office administration, operational coordination, and administrative support to the Market Access team, Device Support Specialists (DSS) group, and General Manager. Take ownership of day-to-day office administration, ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming working environment. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with Finance, Human Resources, IT, building reception, and external suppliers. Provide administrative and logistical support to the Market Access team, Device Support Specialists group, and General Manager, helping them manage day-to-day operational needs. Coordinate local onboarding activities for new employees, helping ensure a smooth start. Manage office supplies, equipment requests, correspondence, shipments, and the affiliate's official communication channels. Support financial administration, including invoice processing, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and maintaining accurate records. Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and internal operational coordination.



Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role. We are open to candidates at an early stage of their careers who demonstrate the right skills and mindset. Confidence using Microsoft Office and office management tools. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
