About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage, organise and maintain project documentation throughout its lifecycle. Ensure accurate document registration, version control, filing, retrieval and distribution. Coordinate document flows between internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders. Monitor document status, revisions, approvals and submission deadlines. Maintain clear, consistent and accessible documentation records. Support the development and continuous improvement of document control procedures. Qualifications

Proven experience in document control or document management, preferably in the energy,



engineering or oil & gas sector. Required Skills

Experience working with different document management systems and digital tools, with the ability to adapt to different platforms and workflows. Good understanding of document control procedures, version management and document traceability. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to work. Ability to coordinate documentation across multiple teams and stakeholders. Good command of English; Spanish is a plus. Preferred Skills
