Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the Inside Sales and Sales Development team to exceed sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth in the SMB segment.

What You'll Do
Lead and Motivate Sales Teams: Direct and manage the Inside Sales and Sales Development team to meet and exceed revenue targets while fostering a customer-centric sales environment. Manage Pipeline and Performance: Monitor sales metrics and CRM data to optimize pipeline management, ensure accurate forecasting, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas. Coach and Develop Talent: Provide ongoing training and mentorship, establish individual development plans for high-potential employees, and implement effective performance management.



Work closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales Support to align strategies, streamline processes, and enhance lead generation. What You'll Bring Commercial experience of direct B2B sales management experience with a proven record of leading teams and exceeding sales quotas. Strong knowledge of the SMB segment, solution selling tactics, and CRM systems. Proven ability in leadership, pipeline forecasting, coaching, and building cross-functional business relationships.
