Lead projects from initial briefing and scoping through production, post-production and final delivery. Act as the main day-to-day production contact for clients, creative agencies and internal teams. Work closely with Creative, Account and Production teams to translate creative concepts into realistic production plans, scopes, timings and budgets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables, budgets and deadlines remain on track. Prepare, manage and defend project estimates and budgets, tracking costs throughout the entire project lifecycle. Manage audiovisual, photography, digital and content productions, ensuring smooth coordination across all stakeholders. Anticipate production challenges and identify solutions that balance creative ambition, timing and budget. Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and internal teams,



providing visibility on project status, potential risks and next steps. Coordinate with international teams and partners when required for global or multi-market projects. Manage the financial administration of projects, including POs, cost tracking, reconciliation and billing. At least 4 years of experience in production, preferably within a creative, advertising or integrated agency environment. Hands-on experience across audiovisual, photography, digital and/or content production. Strong experience managing budgets, estimates, timelines and production resources. Ability to independently manage several medium to complex projects at the same time. C1 level of English is essential, with the confidence and fluency to lead meetings and negotiations with international clients, production companies and partners.
