Ready to take ownership of a team and help grow a developing market? We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – adecuado for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance. Your Role You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development. You will:
* Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Collections team
* Drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections
* Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets
* Monitor conversion rates, default rates and collections results
* Support customer onboarding and document verification
* Help develop effective collections strategies
* Ensure customers are treated fairly and professionally
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance
* Collaborate with other departments across the business
* Ensure processes follow internal compliance standards and policies You have:
* Previous leadership experience
* Experience within sales, collections, customer service, financial services or another performance-driven environment
* Strong coaching and people‐management skills
* A commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs
* Excellent English
* Fluency in Danish
* An EU passport / right to work in Malta
