The Software Test and Support Manager will provide subject matter expertise in addition to team leadership. This position requires extensive people management experience, proven knowledge of software quality practices / processes and program management skills to drive cross-functional team activities with the understanding of requirements and business drivers for the new products and solutions. Software Test and Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless software solutions for customers and maintaining quality standards through: ~ Collaboration with the Software Quality Director to establish strategic direction and best practices. ~ Development of team members into skilled support and test engineers. ~ Leveraging a background in software support and testing, strong leadership, and a customer-centric mindset. ~ BS in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. ~5+ years in management within software support and quality assurance leveraging Agile/Scrum. ~8+ years of experience in software test engineering and/or solution support. ~ Experience delivering and supporting business to business or business to customer software. ~ Knowledge of software development, support, and testing processes. ~ Combined hardware device / software testing or support experience Jenkins for CI/CD Infrastructure and Linux systems administration Life insurance, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
