Operating in a dynamic technical environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the ITSM platform evolves in line with business needs and delivers high-quality service management across the organization. The person is going to be working with Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform. Main

responsibilities:
* Manage the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform under guidance
* Lead the integration of the ITSM tool by performing basic testing and documentation of system interfaces
* Apply ITSM processes and contribute to following ITIL best practices
* Act as a support liaison, helping to coordinate with the client and third-party vendors on reported issues and minor improvements
* Advanced knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
* Ensure routine development tasks adhere to agile principles and internal standards




* Provide first and second-line technical support for ITSM-related applications and user interfaces Core skills/experience:
* 4+ working with ITSM platforms such as Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, Cherwell, or BMC Remedy.
* Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
* Hands-on experience with system integration, configuration, and support.
* Strong skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Advanced knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
* Familiarity with HTML, XML, and working with web services/APIs.
