The Role As an Engagement Manager in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. As an Engagement Manager, you will help build our brand within one of our strategic growth areas, help us build a team, and lead them through selling and delivering consulting programs. Strategic Delivery: Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva's most complex, large-scale, and global engagements Build and navigate senior customer relationships,



leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long‐term account strategy People Leadership: Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success Practice Building: Support brand‐building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry

Experience:
