* Able to set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, and support engineers through coaching, mentorship, and career development
* Able to guide architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and partner with senior engineers on technical strategy
* Able to work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify opportunities, set priorities, and drive measurable outcomes
* Able to turn broad goals into realistic plans, manage dependencies, and balance speed, quality, and reliability
