or a related field At least five years of experience leading medium to large IT projects or programs end to end Project management certification from a recognized professional institute Proven ability to connect strategy, processes, technology, data, operating models, and organizational change Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid, and predictive delivery, including planning, budgeting, resources, risks, and governance Proven leadership of cross-functional and remote teams in complex, changing environments Proficiency with Jira and other delivery tools to manage flow, transparency, and decisions Excellent written and verbal English, with clear senior-stakeholder communication Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.
